What is the delivery time of the order?

The delivery time will generally be between 24 and 72 hours. from the moment the order is placed, unless at that time the selected item is out of stock, in which case we will contact the customer immediately and proceed to credit the amount paid for that item. Non-EU or non-European countries, please consult.

In the case of pieces to be made to measure or made to order, the period may be between 10 and 30 days, which will be communicated to the customer. If it is a part to be manufactured, the lead time will be as indicated on the product page.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped yet. If the package was already on its way, the customer may proceed to  a return with charge as if it were a return for non satisfaction of the customer (see below in returns).

In the case of pieces made to order, it is not possible to cancel once the piece has been started in the workshop.

Can change or return an order?

Yes, if the product does not meet the customer’s expectations, within the first 15 days. The jewelry may have been tested, but not worn. Our jewelry has a security seal that allows you to try on the piece and see how it fits, but does not allow you to wear it. Once the seal has been cut, the piece of jewellery cannot be returned.

Personalized, custom-made or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.

You must communicate your desire to return the product by e-mail ([email protected]), indicating the order number and the reason for the return, and wait to receive instructions.

If you decide to make a return, and this is not due to an error or fault in the product, you will have to pay the following transport costs: 6€ in Peninsula and Balearic Islands / 15€ rest of the world.

When we have in our possession the returned piece, we will check its condition and if it is the same as it was at the time of the sale, we will immediately proceed to credit it, by the same means of payment by which the sale was made, that is, in the same card or account that was used to pay.

Ring sizes

On gold rings, a free size change can be made within the first three months. After this period, changes in size will have a specific cost for each case, depending on the type of ring or depending on whether the ring is to be enlarged or shortened.

Orders

These will be made through joyeriafgallego.com and the obligation of delivery of the product selected by the user will arise once the payment has been accepted with the consequent and subsequent obligation to carry out this.

Transportation and delivery times

Returns.

If the order was returned to origin because the logistics company could not deliver it to the recipient due to fault, error or negligence of the same, joyeriafgallego.com will bear the cost of reshipment.

However, in the event that the logistics company had operated correctly, and the delivery can not materialize, due to circumstances attributable to the customer (refusal, or lack of receipt at the address indicated by non-communicated absences) Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán SL will not be responsible for the reshipment.

4.- In the case of return due to the arrival of a broken or deteriorated piece, the costs of return and reshipment shall be borne exclusively by the seller if these defects are not attributable to the buyer or are beyond the seller’s control.

5.- Finally, Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán SL will be responsible for the cost of return and subsequent reshipment, when there has been a return by mistake of the seller. The client may choose to receive a refund of the purchase price instead.

Substitutions

If the contracted good is not available, it is expressly informed that the Seller may supply, upon prior notice and acceptance by the Buyer, without any increase in price, a good of similar characteristics and of equal or superior quality.

Likewise, with respect to such replacement, the purchaser may exercise his right of withdrawal in the same way as if it were the good or service initially required.

Warranties

There is a two-year manufacturing defect warranty.
