Gold Pendant with Ancient Roman Coin
This pendant features a copper coin minted in Thessalonica during the reign of Emperor Constantine I the Great, between 320 and 321 AD.
The coin displays the laureate profile of the emperor (Constantinvs Avg) on one side, while the other side shows a laurel wreath with the inscription VOT XX, signifying that the emperor was making vows for twenty years.
