In the unlikely event of shipment loss by the transportation company, we assume responsibility. The customer may opt for a replacement shipment or a refund.

What are the shipping costs? 

Península: 5 euros. Active promotion: free shipping on all standard shipments for orders over 50 euros (peninsula)

Balearic Islands: 10€,  Canary Islands: 25 euros (both destinations free on orders over 500 euros)

Europe: shipping cost 20 euro (2-6 days, UPS). Free shipping on orders over 500 EUR

Switzerland: 20€ (2-6 days, UPS). Free shipping on orders over 500 EUR. Customs taxes are on the buyer

Non UE, Non-European countries: please contact before purchase. UPS insured shipping (4-6 days): 30€. For purchases over 500€, shipping is free. Customs taxes are on the buyer

Customs taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Transport and Delivery Times

The delivery of the purchased item(s) displayed on the website will generally be made within two to six business days from the receipt of the order and payment confirmation if made by card, although this period may be altered by special circumstances of the item, customization, logistical issues, or force majeure; in these cases, the selling company will inform of the estimated delivery time. It should be noted that if the item needs to be customized, this period may be altered.

In the case of items that need to be manufactured, the period will be as indicated in each case on the product datasheet.


Right of withdrawal. The customer has 15 days to return the product. Return costs will be free if the return is due to a failure, defect, or error in the product. It must be returned unused, with the original packaging and all its seals and certificates. Our jewelry carries a security seal that allows the piece to be tried on perfectly and see how it looks, but does not allow its use. Once the seal is cut, the jewel cannot be returned.

In the case of wanting to return it for a cause other than an error or defect in the article, the customer will pay the return cost (6 euros for Spain, 15-30 euros for the rest of countries).

This right may be exercised by email indicating the order number and the reason for the return:

No exchanges or returns will be accepted on personalized or custom-made items.

The seller will proceed within 7 business days following the return of the purchase (or until said return is justified) to refund the paid price (including delivery costs) using the same means of payment used for the purchase, and once it is verified that it is not a case of incorrect return.

If the order is returned to origin because the logistics company could not deliver it to the recipient due to its fault, error, or negligence, Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán SL will bear the reshipping costs.

However, in the event that the logistics company has operated correctly, and the delivery cannot be materialized due to circumstances attributable to the customer (rejection or failure to receive at the address indicated due to unreported absences) Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán SL will not bear the reshipping costs.

In the case of return due to the item being broken or damaged, the return and reshipping costs will be borne solely by the seller if these defects are not attributable to the buyer. In this case, Fernando Gallego assumes responsibility for any defects or damages attributable to the item.

Finally, Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán SL will bear the return and subsequent reshipping costs when there has been a return due to seller error. The customer may opt for a refund of the purchase amount.
