Welcome to our artisan jewelry workshop. Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter the “Conditions”) carefully, as by purchasing products through our Website, you agree to and are bound by the following provisions.
1. General Information
These Conditions apply to all domestic and international purchases made through the website https://joyeriafgallego.com/es/ (hereinafter, "Joyería Fernando Gallego" or "Website"), owned by Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán S.L.
For logistical, legal, or security reasons, shipments are not made to certain countries with elevated risks, ongoing conflicts, or international sanctions. Currently, we do not ship to countries such as Yemen, Syria, North Korea, South Sudan, Afghanistan, among others. This list may change without prior notice; please contact customer service for more information.
Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán S.L. is a limited company registered in Spain, with its address at Rúa Capela N°1, Serra de Outes, 15230, A Coruña, and Tax Identification Number (NIF) B72734809. The commercial brand used is FeR.
By using the Website's services and placing an order online, customers automatically agree to these Conditions as they are in effect at the time of purchase. We recommend that customers review these Conditions carefully before making a purchase to ensure they understand all applicable terms.
2. Purpose of the Contract
These Conditions constitute the binding agreement between the customer and Fernando Gallego Xoieiro Artesán S.L., regardless of the customer’s country of residence.
The purchase service through this Website is available exclusively to customers aged 18 years or older.
Joyería Fernando Gallego reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account if fraudulent, speculative, or bad-faith activities are detected in the use of this service.
Joyería Fernando Gallego may modify or update products and prices at its commercial discretion. However, these changes will not affect products already accepted in an order.
All our products are handcrafted and subject to their availability, which may occasionally result in supply challenges. Customers will always be informed about any issues related to the production of handcrafted items.
3. Purchase Process
No binding contract will exist between the customer and Joyería Fernando Gallego for any product until the order has been expressly accepted by our company. Even if a charge has already been made to the customer’s account, the amount will be fully refunded if the order is not accepted.
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase process and click "Process Order" - "Complete Purchase." Customers may choose to check out as a guest or create an account, which is optional. During the purchase process, the necessary data to complete the order will be requested, as explained during the process.
Once the order is complete, the customer will receive an email from Joyería Fernando Gallego confirming receipt and acceptance of the purchase. The purchase agreement between the customer and Joyería Fernando Gallego is formalized only when the shipping confirmation, including the corresponding invoice, is sent to the customer.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be notified. In such cases, the customer will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund or wait for the product to become available.
4. Prices and Currency
The prices listed on the Website are expressed in euros (€). For customers outside the Eurozone, the final price will be automatically converted to the local currency according to the exchange rate provided by the payment system at the time of purchase.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any price changes, service suspensions, or discontinuations.
Due to the nature of online shopping, the product prices listed on the Website apply exclusively to online purchases and may not match the prices at our physical jewelry workshop. Accordingly, the prices listed on the Website are binding only for online purchases.
Prices for jewelry and watches displayed on the Website include VAT but exclude shipping costs and any additional services, which will be added to the total amount due and displayed to the customer itemized.
For simplicity, references to VAT in these Conditions include any equivalent tax, such as GST, used in some countries.
For international shipments, an estimated import duties deposit and additional taxes may apply when purchasing a product. This deposit will cover import duties on the customer’s behalf. Customs forms for shipments outside the EU will show the value of the items included in the delivery by product type. We reserve the right to provide such information to customs authorities to facilitate the process or comply with legal obligations.
5. Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer to the account provided during the purchase process.
Credit or debit card payments are processed through the BBVA payment gateway via the Redsys platform (a virtual point-of-sale terminal).
We use third-party services for payment processing, which may require customers to provide certain data necessary to complete the payment, depending on the chosen method. Once payment is successfully completed (step 3 of the online purchase process), the contract will be considered finalized, and the customer will receive an email confirmation.
6. Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship to most parts of the world; however, for logistical, legal, or security reasons, we do not ship to certain high-risk countries, conflict zones, or those under international sanctions. Currently, we do not ship to Yemen, Syria, North Korea, South Sudan, Afghanistan, among others. This list may change without prior notice; please contact us at info@joyeriafgallego.com.
All orders are shipped directly from Spain, typically via Nacex, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that for shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes in their destination country. To simplify this process, a deposit is added to the product’s final price to cover duties and taxes in advance, ensuring no additional charges after purchase.
Shipping costs:
- Peninsula: €5. Free standard shipping for orders over €50.
- Balearic Islands: €10; Canary Islands: €25 (free for orders over €500).
- Europe: €20 (free for orders over €500).
- Switzerland: €20 (free for orders over €500). Customs fees are on the buyer, Please ask us for an estimate of the customs charges.

For available items, delivery usually takes between 2–6 business days after receiving the order and confirming payment. This timeline may vary due to custom adjustments, logistics, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will inform you of the revised delivery time.
If the piece requires resizing or customization, delivery times may extend accordingly. For pieces that need to be crafted from scratch, the delivery time will be indicated in the product description and communicated to you personally.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Our jewelry pieces are equipped with a security seal that allows you to try on the item and see how it looks when worn but prevents its use. Once the seal is broken, the jewelry cannot be returned.
7.1 Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide any justification. This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, such as jewelry specifically designed for the customer.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault, defect, or error in the product. The item must be returned unused, with its original packaging, and with all seals and certificates intact.

7.2 International Returns
For orders outside the EU, returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and is in perfect condition. Returns must include the correct customs documentation to avoid delays. The return period is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a fault, defect, or error in the product. The item must be returned unused, with its original packaging, and with all seals and certificates intact.

If the shipping company fails to deliver the order due to reasons beyond the customer’s control, we will cover the reshipping costs. Conversely, if the delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as rejection of the order or uncommunicated absence), reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7.3 Ring Resizing
We offer a complimentary resizing service within the first three months after purchase (shipping cost will be charged). Exceptions may apply to certain pieces or adjustments exceeding four sizes; please contact us for more details. After this period, resizing will incur a cost, which will depend on the type of ring and the adjustment required, whether to increase or decrease the size.
8. Warranty
Joyería Fernando Gallego provides its customers with products of the highest quality.
The gold used for the manufacture of the pieces is 750 thousandths first grade, the silver is 925 thousandths first grade, the platinum is 950 thousandths first grade.
Joyería Fernando Gallego directly sources diamonds and gemstones from trusted suppliers who comply with the “Kimberley Process” (a certification system for the international trade of conflict-free diamonds). Diamonds of 0.20 carats or more are accompanied by an IGI or GIA certificate.
Due to the unique nature of the materials and gemstones used, as well as the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur between each item purchased. These variations underscore the exclusivity and artisanal nature of our products. As a result, no two items are exactly alike.
Consequently, the product delivered to the customer may slightly differ from the images shown during the purchase process on the website, partly due to monitor or screen reproduction. Under no circumstances do these differences reflect a reduction in the quality of the materials specified on the website. The customer is hereby informed and expressly consents to these variations, which cannot be grounds for contract termination.
That said, all products purchased through the website are covered by the legal guarantee applicable to consumer goods, ensuring their conformity with their description on the website and these terms and conditions.
Joyería Fernando Gallego is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from delivery. Customers must notify the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Failing to do so does not void their right to appropriate remediation but may render them liable for damages caused by the delay in notification.
This guarantee excludes defects caused by improper use or other exclusions defined by current EU regulations. For customers outside the EU, warranty periods will comply with local legal requirements.
The loss of the rhodium plating or any other coating due to the natural use of a piece is not covered by the warranty. A piece that has been repaired outside our facilities loses its warranty. Wear, deformation, or breakage caused by intensive or improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Jewelry is not designed to withstand all types of handling; they are generally delicate objects that should be treated with care.
This warranty does not cover breakage of the piece or the loss of stones due to misuse or improper handling.
9. Care Instructions
Proper care will extend the life of your jewelry. For instance, we recommend removing your jewelry before engaging in activities that could damage it, such as sports. Avoid exposing your jewelry to cosmetics or household products, as they may contain ingredients that can damage the color or quality of your pieces.
Do not expose jewelry to sudden temperature changes. For proper storage, it is preferable to keep items individually in their original packaging.
We offer a free annual inspection of your jewelry. If no significant intervention is needed, there is no charge for this service (shipping costs for collection and delivery excluded). Should repairs be necessary, we will provide a no-obligation quote.

11. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content on this website (including graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, trade names, trademarks, or any other elements) is, unless expressly stated otherwise, the exclusive property of Joyería Fernando Gallego or its licensors.
No intellectual or industrial property rights are transferred to the customer. The reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, availability, extraction, reuse, forwarding, or use of any content by any means or process is expressly prohibited unless legally permitted or expressly authorized by the rights holder.
Joyería Fernando Gallego reserves the right to modify the website’s design, configuration, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from this online sales contract, the competent courts will be those of Spain. Spanish law will apply to all matters not expressly covered in this contract.
The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform, accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Joyería Fernando Gallego is not affiliated with any associations or organizations offering alternative dispute resolution systems.
International Customers (outside the EU): For non-EU customers, the consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence will apply. However, any contractual disputes will be governed by Spanish law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
13. Availability of the Online Purchase Service
The service is available 24/7. However, customers are informed that interruptions or anomalies in availability or operation may occur due to circumstances beyond Joyería Fernando Gallego’s control (e.g., technical issues with internet providers, telecommunications, or customer devices). As a result, the purchase period may be extended.
14. Modification of Purchase Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these General Purchase Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website and will apply to all purchases made after the publication date.
