The round coins are Abbasid dirhams minted in Medina Al Salam ( Bagdad ) in the years 838 and 849 A.D. and the square ones are Almohadic dirhams minted in Al-Andalus between years 1160 and 1260 A.D. The Arabic scripts are religious and political texts.
Their conservation status is excellent. We have designed and handcrafted a 18k gold setting that protects and embellishes them, and converts these coins in a unique jewel.
