Pendant handcrafted in 18k gold, setting an ancient Egyptian amulet of the goddess Isis, dating back 2,500 years.
Isis, known as the Great Magician, was the fundamental mother goddess of Egyptian mythology, wife of Osiris and mother of Horus. Her worship is very ancient, and people had great faith in her powers and kindness.
The amulet is made of faience, a type of ceramic commonly used at the time, created from fused sand. It is dated between 664 and 630 BC (Late Period). Its state of preservation is excellent, showing only two restorations.
In our workshop, we have handcrafted a beautiful 18k gold setting to protect and enhance its beauty, turning it into a unique piece of jewelry more than 2,500 years later. Our antiquities are always genuine, never replicas, and are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
